Free shipping Australia-wide on all online orders over $100:

  • Offer applies to orders placed online only, with a value of AU$100.00 or more.
  • Offer is valid for shipping addresses within Australia only.

Australian Shipping Notes:

  • Depending on delivery address and other shipping considerations, all orders within Australia will be dispatched via TNT or Express Post.
  • TNT only delivers to a physical address and does not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is nominated, method of delivery will default to Express Post.
  • Tracking details will be provided at time of despatch to assist you with tracking.
  • You must be present for TNT to deliver or the parcel will be returned to their depot for you to arrange collection.
  • If you are not going to be present on the expected day of delivery, you can print TNT’s Authority to Leave form via the link below and attach it to your door.

International Shipping Notes:

  • All orders outside of Australia will be despatched by DHL, FedEx or Australia Post (registered) depending on delivery address, order size, and feasibility.
  • Freight charges are calculated and charged at check-out, and will depend upon order size, destination, and method of delivery.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any applicable import duty, local taxes and customs charges relevant to the receiver’s country.
  • Tracking details will be provided at time of despatch to assist you with tracking.
  • Sisley Clothing Australia reserves the right to discretionary assessment of international orders depending on credit risk assessment and will promptly contact customer if any concerns.

Returns Policy:

  • If you would like to return your items for exchange, refund, or alteration, please email our team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges will only be considered if the item is unused and undamaged, and all original tags and accessories remain intact. Product must be returned in original packaging.
  • Freight charges apply to change of mind shipping. Change of mind includes error at time of order.
  • Surcharge for made-to-order items: 30% re-stocking fee
  • Surcharge for off-the-shelf items: 15% re-stocking fee
  • If sizing or custom features have been ordered incorrectly by the customer, alteration and return freight charges may apply.
