office administrator

Join one of Australia’s leading custom-made flight suit manufacturers, in this dynamic and varied role. We are seeking a switched-on office administrator to support our sales order team with data entry, customer service, dispatch, as well as website maintenance.

Essential Criteria:

  • Commitment to work 38 hours per week.
  • Aptitude in Office365, including MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Professional manner and demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Willingnesss to work as part of a team and be a clear communicator.
  • Demonstrated numeracy and data entry accuracy.
  • The successful applicant will be able to provide references.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Workplace experience in a similar role (reception, data entry, dispatch).
  • Experience with software such as MYOB, WooCommerce & WordPress.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • An interest in the textiles manufacturing industry.
  • Positive approach to feedback and change.

Renumeration:

  • Renumeration will reflect demonstrated experience and be paid under the Clerks Award.
