Established in 1997, Sisley Clothing Australia started as a home-business with the ten years
prior experience brought by Matt Sisley as a pattern maker for a local men’s suit manufacturer.
Based in Newcastle, the operation now has a valued team of staff from administration,
to cutting, machining and embroidery helping to bring “Intelligent Protection” to the
aviation, resource, and tactical sectors. Honoured to be producing onshore, our company
is proud to be an Australian made & owned business, accredited through Ethical Clothing
Australia. Being ISO certified (ISO9001:2015) as a manufacturer of flight suits, Hi-Vis and
hazard-protection workwear provides our end users that extra assurance of quality systems.

Australasia’s leading custom-made flight suit manufacturer, Sisley Clothing Australia’s
protective garments are in strong demand from the aviation industry and are a well-recognised
and trusted brand. We give our customers the choice of creating their own style, colour, and
branding requirements, unmatched by any other provider. With an extensive range of colours
and weights in Nomex® material and optional components, Sisley’s manufacturing is all
done in-house at its Newcastle factory. Choosing only the best suppliers of Nomex® Fabric,
Nomex® YKK Zippers, Fire Retardant Hook & Loop, Nomex® Thread, and Fire Retardant
Reflective Tapes allows Sisley Clothing to stand by our outstanding products, this is backed
up by a twelve-month conditional warranty on our manufactured range.

Like any good business, Sisley’s back bone comes from the people that work ‘in the
engine’, right through to the end customer relationships. A continuous trend for reinvesting
in the business with new machinery, technology and training has got Sisley to where it is
today and keeps us moving in the right direction.

  • There are no minimums
  • Personalised designs and order information is retained for future orders.
  • On a larger scale, to assist in fitting, a complete sizing kit consisting of all sizes, is available free of charge.
  • To improve the fit, Sisley staff can choose the best size including adjustments.
  • Sisley Clothing Australia won’t rest until their customer is happy with the order.

Free shipping Australia-wide on all online orders over $100:

  • Offer applies to orders placed online only, with a value of AU$100.00 or more.
  • Offer is valid for shipping addresses within Australia only.

Australian Shipping Notes:

  • Depending on delivery address and other shipping considerations, all orders within Australia will be dispatched via TNT or Express Post.
  • TNT only delivers to a physical address and does not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is nominated, method of delivery will default to Express Post.
  • Tracking details will be provided at time of despatch to assist you with tracking.
  • You must be present for TNT to deliver or the parcel will be returned to their depot for you to arrange collection.
  • If you are not going to be present on the expected day of delivery, you can print TNT’s Authority to Leave form via the link below and attach it to your door.

International Shipping Notes:

  • All orders outside of Australia will be despatched by DHL, FedEx or Australia Post (registered) depending on delivery address, order size, and feasibility.
  • Freight charges are calculated and charged at check-out, and will depend upon order size, destination, and method of delivery.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any applicable import duty, local taxes and customs charges relevant to the receiver’s country.
  • Tracking details will be provided at time of despatch to assist you with tracking.
  • Sisley Clothing Australia reserves the right to discretionary assessment of international orders depending on credit risk assessment and will promptly contact customer if any concerns.

Returns & Claims Policy:

  • If you would like to return your items for exchange, refund, or alteration, please email our team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • In the unlikely event of a discrepancy in the items delivered, please contact our team withing 7 days of receiving your order so we can promptly assist with rectification.
  • Exchanges will only be considered if the item is unused and undamaged, and all original tags and accessories remain intact. Product must be returned in original packaging.
  • Freight charges apply to change of mind shipping. Change of mind includes error at time of order.
  • Surcharge for made-to-order items: 30% re-stocking fee
  • Surcharge for off-the-shelf items: 15% re-stocking fee
  • If sizing or custom features have been ordered incorrectly by the customer, alteration and return freight charges may apply.

Warranty & Faults Policy:

  • Our manufactured range is backed-up by a 12-Month conditional warranty from date of manufacture. We reserve the right to assess and determine the reason for fault such as genuine manufacturing failure or user-damage.
  • Warranty for our off-the-shelf range varies. Please refer to individual item detail or contact us for more information.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please first email our team. We will need your order/invoice number, the item detail, a description/image of the fault, and your best contact details.
  • Our team will discuss replacement or refund options with you to ensure satisfaction.

Care Instructions:

Always follow the specific Garment Care label on your garment, but general guidelines for Nomex & Nomex blended fabrics are as follows –

  • Machine washable cold-warm
  • Tumble dry at moderate temperature
  • Line dry out of direct sunlight
  • Do not use bleach or use detergents containing chlorine bleach
  • Steam iron
  • Dry cleanable
  • Washing the garment separately avoids extra pilling and reduce ageing

Upon return of the garment, we will determine if the suit is under warranty (due to a production error or fault). If a fault has occurred or error that is deemed our responsibility, we will correct or replace the item.

If a garment requires repairs or alterations that do not fall under our warranty, we will be able to provide you with a quote for the R&A. Unless covered by warranty, freight cost will be passed on to the customer.
